One step forward, a half step back

Let's see here...two days of updates in one--
isobel decided the breathing on her own is just too tricky for right now. She is doing better than presurgery but is on a high flow nasal canula for some oxygen support. I can tell you she does not think she needs this as she continues to pull it out of her nose and puts it in her mouth to use as a pacifer instead. They did and EEG this morning and on Monday she will have a head ultrasound, a visit from an ear nose throat doctor, and physical therapy for her legs should start this next week sometime. We are enjoying snuggles with her and continually reminding each other to trust in Gods timing. We continue to pray for her breathing and bladder functions along with praying for endurance and peace for us. We have been so blessed by those that are praying for our family. Thank you for loving us!

  1. Praying, praying. Hang in there, even when you feel weary. God's got you, and your precious girl.

    Isaiah 40:31
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
